Effortless, Fun & A Work of Art

Here is a rundown of my process so you know exactly what to expect:
1.) You send me a message via my contact page on my website, social media or email, etc.
2.) I respond within the hour unless I am sleeping, at the movies with my boo, at a session or at a wedding. 
3.) We chat (either in person over coffee, over the phone or via email, whichever your prefer)
4.) I figure out what is most important to you and how to best fit your needs
5.) I send you a pricing sheet with custom packages based on your specific needs
6.) You look it over and decide which package works best
7.) For weddings, a $500 non-refundable retainer secures your date (You don't even need to choose how many hours yet,
I know that might change once the wedding day gets closer)
For portraits and other sessions, a $50 non-refundable retainer secures your session.
8.) I am your photographer!

Effortless and laid back
My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I know that it can be uncomfortable to get in front of a camera, and I work to make sure that pressure is taken off of you so that you forget the camera is even there. I love to joke around and give silly instructions that take your mind off the task at hand. On wedding days, I also love getting to meet your loved ones! I pride myself on being to work with a variety of personality types and getting the best out of everyone during family portraits. Working with kids and pets is also no problem at all. I adore both!

ALL Love stories are welcome here
I support all kinds of love stories. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and I often do personal projects telling the stories of underrepresented members of society. I am proud to photograph people of all shapes, sizes, color, gender, sexual orientation and more. I will not, however, photograph a wedding on a plantation and I will not work with racists, sexists, homophobic people, or those who show any type of bigotry.

We will create works of art
My style if very editorial and a bit moody. I am always looking to create that photograph that would look just as amazing in an art gallery as it will on your wall in your home. I love deep tones and strong emotion in photographs. I LOVE getting my couples published in magazines if they are open to it. If you prefer not to have your photos submitted for publication, on social media, etc. I totally get that too. Your wedding day or portrait session is 100% about you and your preferences.

Quick and Easy Communication
I want to make the entire process as simple as possible for you with quick and easy communication. For weddings, it only takes a deposit of $300 to get your date booked on my calendar. For portrait sessions, it only takes $50 to get your time slot booked. I always respond to messages with in 24 hours and I aim to respond will respond right away or within the first hour if I am not at a wedding or session. I also totally get how exciting it is to do a photo shoot so I always have a preview up within 24-48 hours. For weddings, I have a 30-50 photograph preview gallery ready to view within 24-48 hours.
