If you have ever frequented Oven & Tap Restaurant in Bentonville, Arkansas chances are you ran into Tam Nguyen. He is a well-known manager and server there not to mention he is a favorite among customers. Now in his spare time he has added talented bread baker to the list. We got a little goofy towards the end. We turned on some Beyonce and snapped away.

I said “How about you take a bite of the bread?” To which Tam replied, “Okay and after that I will see how much bread I can fit in my mouth at once.”
