These cookies are just easy too make and too delicious to not share 🙌

Super simple peanut butter cookies:

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup brown sugar (or honey)
*I have made this recipe with honey too and they tasted great but were not as pretty as these

1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon balls of dough onto parchment paper. I made mine a little bigger. Bake at 350 for roughly 10 minutes.
