Uplifting Photographs in the Wake of the Corona Virus, Day 1 | Jenn Terrell Photography

During this pandemic, the news, tv, social media and our everyday conversations are consumed by the Coronavirus. Being stuck at home is terrible for me, personally, because I am a very social person but I understand how vital it is to stay inside to stop the spread of the virus. A few things have helped keep me occupied: happy photos/stories online (seeing so many people from Italy singing together on their balconies really warmed my heart), reading, working on my business, editing, redecorating and hanging up photos, etc.

I wanted to help be a part of the online positivity during such a difficult time. I have had the honor of working with some amazing people who have such interesting and uplifting stories. ❤️I think now is the perfect time to share some of those. At first I was going to put them all into one post but I think they are each so strong they deserve their own post and it will give me something to look forward to sharing with the world each day.

Day 1

I had to begin with this photoshoot on an Alpaca Farm in Oregon. ❤️It was one of my favorite couple sessions of all time and it is of my little brother and his sweet wife, Hannah. 🙌🏼For the kissing photo near the end, there was a stampede of Alpacas about to run by so I asked Hannah to kiss him like she did at their wedding and she dipped him as the alpacas started to pass by us. It was perfect!
