52: Couple photos in Bentonville, Arkansas | Arkansas Wedding Photographer

Uplift Blog Series: I wanted to help be a part of online positivity in the wake of the coronavirus and social distancing measures. I started doing daily blog posts on the second day of physical distancing. It has kept me consistent and helped me to share photos that I loved to take of some amazing people. This career has been an amazing ride so far! I am happy to share these photos along the way.

DAY 52

I decided that after nearly two months of staying posted up in my apartment in Miami, I would leave to spend some of this physical distancing time in Arkansas with my family since states are starting to re-open and restrictions are being loosened a bit. I will continue to be as safe as possible by wearing a mask as much as I can plus washing my hands as often as I can. I have actually kind of gotten used to the mask. I wore it the entire day I was traveling and I forgot about it after a few hours. I know not all masks are the same and some leave marks, cause skin issues, and general discomfort, etc. I was using an KN95. It has been the best for me so far.

As soon as I arrived in Arkansas I knew I had to see my artist besties! Drew and Mary have been such an amazing source of support and they are both super talented artists. When I was struggling in New York, Mary talked to me often for hours a day and Drew would crack jokes from time to time. Eventually, I will put together an exhibition for us. They both bring such interesting perspectives and amazing art.

I met up with them in Bentonville and we had a physically distant friend date. We got dinner to-go, sprayed sanitizer on some outdoor seating and chatted for an hour. It was so nice to meet up with them. ❤️I snapped a few photos of them in this alley before we ate our dinner.
